Creation & Innovation:

Our in-house Design Office works hand-in-hand with our Key Accounts Managers to create corporate-Image collections that meet customer-specific benchmarks. We implement an across-the-board approach that begins by reviewing the customer project, moves on to creating CAD and prototyping and ends with the final industrialization process which incorporates the creation of technical cutting, production and assembly patterns.

Production & Manufacturing:

Robur established its first proprietary production unit in Morocco in 1996. In 2008, the company opened a second unit in the same country, as a subsidiary of the first, which was to boost its independence and offer it the opportunity to integrate a production area of over 5,000 m². Then, in 2009, we scaled up our production capacity by initiating a partnership with a local subcontractor. Our state-of-the-art units integrate cutting-edge facilities and equipment, thus guaranteeing customers optimal production leadtimes, optimal reliability and optimal responsiveness. We provide bespoke coaching and training for the some 350 members of our production staff.

Logistics:

Our logistics chain is the lifeblood of our company given that we manage more than 400 in-stock references, totalling some 1.9 million metres of worked fabric and over 1.2 million articles produced every year. This takes into account a myriad of resources as well as a host of workflows to manage; as such, it is vital to ensure highly-efficient management. Our fifty-odd members of staff based in Rillieux-La-Pape strive on a daily basis to constantly meet their quantitative, qualitative and leadtime targets. 3,700 m² of logistics and storage space.
